Xevera Townhouses: Affordable living at its finest

Location: Calibutbut, Bacolor Pampanga, Philippines

In the middle of Pampanga nestled an elegantly architectured subdivision called Xevera, where peaceful community and affordable living can be experienced. This subdivision has a welcoming atmosphere that has a touch of Spanish inspiration.

I am a unit owner at Xevera Subdivision for two years now and I can testify that I have enjoyed my stay in this homey nice place.

What I like most in this subdivision is the fact that everything can be found inside, its wide community houses everything that a resident could need in order to live comfortably. It has a little wet and dry market that can be found just near the entrance gate where basic commodities from fresh veggies to groceries can be bought, and a commercial complex on the other side that houses establishments such as internet café, snack bar, coffee shops, bar and restaurant, bakeshop and even laundry shop and photo studio.

The subdivision also has its own Integrated School giving free quality primary and secondary education for every child of Xevera homeowners. Beside it is a Montessori dedicated for pre-school children.

I also like the fact that it has a nice little church that held masses every Sunday and a plaza and clubhouse that can be used for various social activities such as weddings, reunions, and several parties. There is also an Olympic sized swimming pool for the fun and enjoyment of every resident.

Inside the subdivision is a beautifully landscaped paradise called Eco Park where every homeowners can unwind and relax in its welcoming and calming Nipa Hut and Pond.  The park has a wide space for joggers and bikers and grassy hills and sturdy trees that are best for picnic and weekend outings. I like seeing the different birds in the park’s little aviary It makes me feel like I’m totally out of the hustle and bustle of city life.

There is one thing that I detest about Xevera however, the townhouses were so small that I think were not suitable for big or expanding family. The rooms also has low ceiling that makes it look crowded and the unit itself is a little substandard for my taste but with the fact that the house is so affordable and the community is quite nice and wonderful I think I can handle this little dissatisfaction, besides Xevera allows few alteration in the inside structure of the unit so I was able to make improvements that suits my tastes and preferences.
