Red Heart Yarn-Affordable Yarn

Red Heart yarn is a very affordable and available just about everywhere. There are so many shades of colors. The medium worsted weight is probably the most used of all.It is made in the USA. The yarn comes in super fine to super bulky.

I haven't run across any that I haven't liked yet.The majority of my yarn is Red Heart. At least 75% of it. The baby yarns come in beautiful shades and the feel is so soft. They have one called Bamboo Ewe it is so soft,it feels like silk. Perfect for baby projects or anything close to your skin. The stripes yarn does the striping for you as you knit or crochet. It is absolutely beautiful.

If you go to their site you will find lots of free patterns and all about the different types of yarn available. You can't go wrong if you purchase Red Heart for your next project. It is very durable and long lasting. I have been using this yarn for over 30 years with no complaints from any of the people that have received the gifts I have them with the yarn.Try it for your next project, you won't be disappointed.

Boye Needlemaster Review-The Best Interchangeable Knitting Needles

I have quite a few knitting needles. Straight ,circular and interchangeable. The ones I use most are the interchangeable. They are convenient and easy to use. You just twist the needle size you want on the cable, and you are ready to go.I love the Boye Needlemaster Set.
There are times on knitting patterns call for 2 different needle sizes. With straight or circular this can be a hassle to change over. I have used a different needle size on each end to give the patterns a different look. The different combinations are endless.
They come in a variety of sizes from size 2 to size 15. the set also come with 4 cables in sizes 20,24,29 and 36 inches. The kit also includes a key to tighten,a gripper to hold the needle while you tighten with the key and 4 button stoppers. With these you can make each needle a straight needle if you so desire. And it includes a zippered case for storage.
There are different names of interchangeable needles out there, but the Boye is very affordable over the others. They can easily be purchased in craft stores. You don't even have to buy the whole set at once. They sell them separately also.
I love the metal needles, the yarn just glides over them. The points are not too dull or too sharp. to me they are just right.I have had my set for over 10 years and the only thing I have purchased separately is extra cables for different projects. You can't go wrong with this set. They are easily purchased through Amazon or any craft store.
