Biggest Loser Vanilla Whey Protein-Great Shakes

I have bought this Biggest Loser Vanilla Whey Protein to be a meal substitute. It is a great tasting shake. Very filling. I use it for breakfast,lunch and an afternoon snack.Then eat a proper low fat meal for supper. It has only 50 calories,6 grams of protein,6 grams of fiber,and 1 gram of fat.

I use a little 2% milk in mine and add some ice to blender. You can get it really thick with the ice. Also add some  fresh fruit. You don't have to use milk,you can use water if you like. It tastes great either way. My 6 year old granddaughter thinks that she has to have a shake when I fix me one. She loves the shakes. She doesn't care what flavor,but she loves the banana. I will add a 2 tsp banana flavoring to the blender and mix until smooth.

To change the flavors, I will add some flavoring to it or use a tbsp of sugar free instant pudding. If you make a chocolate shake add a tbsp of peanut butter to it. It is so delicious. The shakes keep me full all day until supper.The protein powder already comes in a variety of flavors. The shakes will help you lose weight and the protein will help to build muscle. The good thing is that it's not really expensive to use.

Simply Cereal Bar: Nutritious but Delicious Cereal BAR

Since I was diagnosed to have high blood sugar level, I decided to cut off my bread and other carbohydrates foods.  In one of my supermarket outings, I bought a box of this Simply Cereal bar. What caught my attention was its packaging. It was simple and yet enough to catch one’s attention specially people like me who love deliciously- looking food.  But after checking it out this cereal is not only deliciously -looking but in fact nutritious. How did I found it out? Well, I read its nutritional info at the back of the box and I simply find out it was indeed a healthy cereal bar. I threw in two boxes in my cart and from here my love for it started.

My work load keeps me stuck with my computer and I have this habit to have my snacks right there on my work table.  I used to stack my table with cookies and sweet breads but now that I have to cut off my carbohydrates, all I have now are Simply Cereal bars.  I consumed more than two bars without feeling guilty or conscious of my calorie intake. Why? Each bar is only 93 calories with 1.8 fibers and 0.3 unsaturated fats. Because it is made from whole rolled oats (which made it a better source of protein and fiber) it has 18.8 carbohydrates and 4.78 proteins. Simply cereal bars with rice flakes allow me to have fulfilling snacks with all the needed supplies of nutrients.  I do not have to starve myself just to lower my calorie intake and blood sugar level. Thanks to Simply cereal bars!

By the way, Simply Cereal bars have five delicious and nutritious flavors. It s Honey and nuts is my favorite because I simply love honey. Another great flavor is Apple and Cranberry while caramel, strawberry with yoghurt and chocolate brownies complete its delicious but nutritious treats. Simply bar is a complete snack itself and school children will be delighted to find one or two in their lunch box. Simply Cereal bar is also good with any health drinks or even with plain water. Simply cereal bars come in handy small packs that you can carry them even in your pockets and you’ll never go hungry with one or two in your pockets.

Simply cereal bars sustains my mornings even if I do not take my breakfast. It is also my snacks when I have hunger pangs at nights. I have eliminated that odd feelings of having an empty stomach at nights . I am not afraid to finish one or even two bars because I am confident it is good enough to keep me fit and healthy. I even have it while editing my works and I simply enjoy it as the rice flakes melt in my mouth. Oh, I simply love this delicious but nutritious cereal bars!

Search For Santa Paws Movie Review-Great Family Movie

My granddaughters had asked me to get a movie for them to watch. The oldest requested Search For Santa Paws. I don't know if you've seen this or not,but it is a really good family movie. To me it was kinda like an Annie/Santa Buddies. It restores your faith in Santa Claus. My granddaughters loved it. The oldest one had seen it at school during Christmas. The 6 year old who can never sit still,sat and watched the entire movie.
This guy's grandfather died and left him his toy store,it would be his if he made a profit over the season. There was an orphanage with some little girls who really needed something to believe in. There was Santa Claus who found a friend in a puppy he called Paws.
Santa and Paws go to New York city,Santa gets mugged and ends up playing Santa in the toy store. The orphanage is down the street from the toy store,but is run by a mean woman. She doesn't believe in the Christmas Spirit.
Well it all ends well,there is more to what I have said.but I don't want to give away the whole movie. It's one movie I will definitely have to buy to add to our Christmas Collection. It has a few musical numbers in it. But it is a very good family movie. We all enjoyed the movie very much.

And Kaitlyn Maher, that little girl can sing. She was on America's Got Talent in 2008. She was only 4 at the time and sang Somewhere Out There. Google her name and pull up a video. She was so cute. She sang on the movie as well. The movie had some musical numbers similar to Annie in it

Music Review - Sony MP3 ICD S7

My aunt , a busines woman have gave me a mp3 of Sony brand . It's name is S7 . My first express is small design , cute and convenience . The sound is very good and it can make me feel the sound is very real , nearly with me . Example the sound of bird , the sound of water . ... All are very real so I like so much , very interesting !
Because I just use it 1 days , so I don't know all things about it . But the feel of mine up to now is all things of it is very good . My friend who is also has a Mp3 S7 , she says with me that it so easy to break up , fragile and when use it with a time , the quality of it reduce so fast ! And she thinks that the price that she has to pay is not worthy with the quality ! I just hear that but all suggest of me :


- This machine has memory 2GB .
- With a rectangular design, compact size and slim fit in the palm of my hand with youthful green colors .
- The price is so cheap : about 15$ ( so I don't understand clearly that why my friend says it is not worthy with the quality , maybe the quality is so bad ? )
- The Sony Mp3 - S7 2GB will demonstrate all the features such as mp3 players, playtext, electronic book reader, voice recorder, save phone number ...
- Sound quality, bass player and very warm, with the customized listening mode


And this product was made in China , maybe because this so the price is cheap . I see that all product of China always cheap more than another product but the quality is not so good !
I think if you really want a machine which you can use for a long time , let choose a country has more quality . Don't just look at the cheap price then have wrong choose and get regret .

Before decide buy something , I usually think so carefully and ask the seller carefully about the information of the machine I 'm going to buy ! This is always useful for me and I'm sure that this useful for you , too .


Maybe now , my friend is regretting because she bought a cheap machine but not quality . Hope you won't like her . Remember before buy something let find out all information about it carefully !
