I have bought this Biggest Loser Vanilla Whey Protein to be a meal substitute. It is a great tasting shake. Very filling. I use it for breakfast,lunch and an afternoon snack.Then eat a proper low fat meal for supper. It has only 50 calories,6 grams of protein,6 grams of fiber,and 1 gram of fat.
I use a little 2% milk in mine and add some ice to blender. You can get it really thick with the ice. Also add some fresh fruit. You don't have to use milk,you can use water if you like. It tastes great either way. My 6 year old granddaughter thinks that she has to have a shake when I fix me one. She loves the shakes. She doesn't care what flavor,but she loves the banana. I will add a 2 tsp banana flavoring to the blender and mix until smooth.
To change the flavors, I will add some flavoring to it or use a tbsp of sugar free instant pudding. If you make a chocolate shake add a tbsp of peanut butter to it. It is so delicious. The shakes keep me full all day until supper.The protein powder already comes in a variety of flavors. The shakes will help you lose weight and the protein will help to build muscle. The good thing is that it's not really expensive to use.
