Since I was diagnosed to have high blood sugar level, I decided to cut off my bread and other carbohydrates foods. In one of my supermarket outings, I bought a box of this Simply Cereal bar. What caught my attention was its packaging. It was simple and yet enough to catch one’s attention specially people like me who love deliciously- looking food. But after checking it out this cereal is not only deliciously -looking but in fact nutritious. How did I found it out? Well, I read its nutritional info at the back of the box and I simply find out it was indeed a healthy cereal bar. I threw in two boxes in my cart and from here my love for it started.
My work load keeps me stuck with my computer and I have this habit to have my snacks right there on my work table. I used to stack my table with cookies and sweet breads but now that I have to cut off my carbohydrates, all I have now are Simply Cereal bars. I consumed more than two bars without feeling guilty or conscious of my calorie intake. Why? Each bar is only 93 calories with 1.8 fibers and 0.3 unsaturated fats. Because it is made from whole rolled oats (which made it a better source of protein and fiber) it has 18.8 carbohydrates and 4.78 proteins. Simply cereal bars with rice flakes allow me to have fulfilling snacks with all the needed supplies of nutrients. I do not have to starve myself just to lower my calorie intake and blood sugar level. By the way, Simply Cereal bars have five delicious and nutritious flavors. It s Honey and nuts is my favorite because I simply love honey. Another great flavor is Apple and Cranberry while caramel, strawberry with yoghurt and chocolate brownies complete its delicious but nutritious treats. Simply bar is a complete snack itself and school children will be delighted to find one or two in their lunch box. Simply Cereal bar is also good with any health drinks or even with plain water. Simply cereal bars come in handy small packs that you can carry them even in your pockets and you’ll never go hungry with one or two in your pockets.
Simply cereal bars sustains my mornings even if I do not take my breakfast. It is also my snacks when I have hunger pangs at nights. I have eliminated that odd feelings of having an empty stomach at nights . I am not afraid to finish one or even two bars because I am confident it is good enough to keep me fit and healthy. I even have it while editing my works and I simply enjoy it as the rice flakes melt in my mouth. Oh, I simply love this delicious but nutritious cereal bars!
